TA-Development develops and builds logistics properties for rent to our customers. Our customers are both internal TA-Logistics companies and external companies looking for a new logistics property. TA-Development is responsible for the entire process: We select the most relevant logistics hubs of the future, we acquire land in areas where we can develop modern logistics centres throughout the Nordics with relevant properties for our customers, and we build these logistics properties so that our customers get the most optimal settings.
Our ambition is to develop and build logistics centres that are relevant now and in the future, so that our customers have the most efficient and modern logistics centres to run their business in both now and in the future. We only build to a high standard and we build our logistics properties based on our Green Warehouse II concept. This means that we implement a number of sustainable initiatives that reduce our environmental footprint in both the construction phase and future operations.
Our activities
From land acquisition to finished building
TA-Development develops, builds and leases modern logistics properties throughout the Nordic region. We handle the entire value chain - from Land identification and acquisition in strategically important areas to finished buildings ready for occupancy.
Land acquisition is a key part of our work and we follow the market closely to be able to act quickly when the right opportunities arise. We make both proactive acquisitions based on long-term market analysis and targeted investments in areas with concrete demand from our customers. Through strong relationships with local communities, authorities and businesses, we can secure attractive locations and create value from the first sod.
Our customers include both companies within the TA-Logistics Group and external tenants looking for reliable, future-proof and sustainable logistics solutions.

Sustainability
Green solutions from groundbreaking to daily operations
Sustainability is an integral part of TA-Development's strategy and is considered throughout the entire property lifecycle - from acquisition and planning to construction and operation.
All new buildings are built according to our concept Green Warehouse II, which includes a number of concrete and measurable measures that reduce both carbon footprint and energy consumption - without compromising on functionality and reliability.
The measures include, among others:
- Solar panels for local energy production
- Charging points for both cars and trucks
- Carbon-neutral insulation and material selection
- Nest boxes for birds of prey as an alternative to poison
- NOx OUT roof that breaks down NOx particles from traffic
- Collecting and reusing rainwater for technical use
- Reflective roofing felt for lower energy consumption during hot periods
- Use of materials with high recycled content
