Our history
It started as half a business
Behind TA-Logistics is the Andersen family, who have built up solid experience in transport and logistics over many years. It began in 1988 and 1989 when the family took over full ownership of the logistics company Frode Laursen, which at the time was struggling with falling prices, losses and increased competition. Through focus and streamlining, the company managed to turn losses into profits, and today Frode Laursen is a major, recognised Northern European logistics company.
Since then, the family has acquired several logistics companies and brought them together under TA-Logistics. Today, TA-Logistics owns a portfolio of transport and logistics companies and properties.
TA-Logistics will continue to be a family-owned investment company focusing on logistics and transport, where we will continue to focus on transport and logistics companies, land acquisition, logistics property development and leasing.
Our many years of working in transport and logistics have given us the professional insight and passion for logistics that enables us to invest, operate and develop logistics companies. We are continuously working to expand our portfolio of logistics companies and properties and will continue to invest in logistics in the future, so we are always looking for our next investment.
